Wholeseale Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Wholesale Manager to lead and grow our international B2B sales, with a strong focus on the U.S. market and off-price channels. This role involves managing relationships with key retailers, securing new accounts, and overseeing the full wholesale lifecycle—from strategy and outreach to order management and post-sale support. You will play a key role in expanding our brand presence across department stores, specialty boutiques, e-commerce platforms, and off-price retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies for the U.S. and key international markets (Europe, Australia)

Manage relationships with current wholesale partners, including department stores, boutiques, and online platforms

Identify and onboard new accounts across full-price and off-price channels (e.g., TJX, Nordstrom Rack, Burlington, Ross, etc.)

Pitch seasonal collections, prepare line sheets, and coordinate virtual or in-person sales presentations

Lead negotiations on pricing, order volumes, delivery timelines, and payment terms

Monitor sales performance by account and recommend actions to maximize sell-through

Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and brand alignment

Attend key trade shows and market appointments as needed

Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of wholesale sales experience in the fashion industry, with strong U.S. market knowledge

Experience working with off-price accounts and understanding of their purchasing cycles

Strong network of buyer contacts is a big plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Data-driven and detail-oriented with solid analytical skills

Proficient in Excel and sales reporting

Fluent in English; other languages a plus

Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, market weeks, and key meetings

Experience with U.S. retail compliance, chargebacks, and logistics
- Knowledge of international shipping and trade terms (Incoterms, duties, etc.)
